I just wanted to share these with you. Lilli had a pool play date with Grace Tackett and she had such a good time. They both we eaten up by some type of bug so they look like they have chickenpox. They spashed each other and got their first lesson on sharing. They play very good together and we look forward to having many more playdates in the future!!!!

Hello everyone, I am sorry I have not posted in a while but after all the birthday stuff I have been taking it easy. Not too much has changed with Lilli, she now has three teeth and I looks so funny since she only has the big wide tooth on top. She is also walking really good just holding one hand, she is really scared to let go but I do not think that it will be much longer. This weekend we played in the pool and she loved it. The first thing she did was lay back and put her arms around the side of the pool, it was so cute!! She is still talking all the time and loves for me to go around the table and ask her where someone is, she can point out everyone.

Well my baby has turned one and I get so sad everytime I think about it. They grow up so fast. Her birthday was on the 29th which was on Thursday so Phillip and I gave her a cupcake with a candle and all she could say was "Hot, Hot." Then on Saturday we had her birthday party and it was so much fun. She had her own little cake and loved it. She started our with little bites and by the end she had both hands in it. We also got her a singing balloon and she loves it we have to make it play everytime we pass it. She is so funny to me and she is changing everyday. Her new thing now is if she picks up something on the floor she will try and give it to me and tell me "NO, NO" I laugh almost everytime. No, we are still not walking and we still only have two teeth. I am not rushing it but I can not wait to watch her toddle around the house.

Beach Trip

Hey everyone, sorry I have not blogged in a while but it has been crazy planning Lilli's birthday and going on vacation. We just got back from Orange Beach and we had a blast. Lilli had such a good time and she loved the sand and water. Her favorite thing was to sit on the edge of the water in the sand and let the water hit her feet. It is amazing how fast they grow. It is hard to believe that Lilli is going to be one on the 29th. I am so excited about her birthday party and can not wait to see her reaction.

We had a new addition to our family on March 7. My brother and his wife had a little boy, William and he is 8weeks old now. Lilli loves children and especially babies. Here are some pics of Lilli trying to grab William. The picture of phillip holding Lilli, the face she makes cracks me up. She was mad because I was holding William and she could not get him.

Enjoying the pretty weather

The past weekend the weather was pretty so we went outside and played around in the yard. We blew bubbles and picked flowers. Lilli has started to sniff when we get near any flower or plant. She has also started a lot of other things like pointing to my nose and in a garbled way she says "mommies ose" , she has also started saying "lobe you." It is so sweet to look in the back seat and see her smile at me and say "lobe you" it makes my day. She is not walking yet but she is standing on her own but we are not pushing her to walk I know she will do it when it is time.
